Since inception in 2001, the M-Tec organisation has found considerable success in all of our key markets. During this period, we have built a strong, and successful portfolio of operating companies whom, this year have soared to record heights in performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

 

As with any organisation of our kind, the customer and stakeholder journey is a topic that is at the fore of considerations when we perform day to day business. In order to further enhance this customer and stakeholder journey, the leadership team within M-Tec have taken the decision to reorganise and rebrand our operations.

 

Ultimately, our operating businesses have the distinct advantage of being able to serve the needs of our customers on multiple levels, whether it be within General Engineering / Outsourced Design, Contract, Permanent or Interim Recruitment, or International Executive Search and Assessment. We felt that it was essential for our profound international customer base to be fully aware of the M-Tec portfolio of services, and the truly added value we can serve our customers with, whilst retaining the impeccable service level upon which we have built our reputation

 

Herein, our group of companies will operate under the name of the M-Tec Consulting Group with four specific organisations operating within the group detailed as follows:

Renowned supplier of talent in the Industrial and Technology sectors, within a permanent, and contract capacity

M-Tec Engineering Projects:

Outsourced Engineering and Design for the Automotive and Transportation Industry

M-Tec Executive Partnership:

International Supplier of Leadership within the Industrial and Technology Sectors

M-Tec Interim Partnership:

Specialists in the provision of Interim Management to a global customer base of industry leading firms

This diverse arrangement of companies housed under a centralised, homogeneous brand will allow our customers, and partners to understand the value we can offer as an organisation, and where applicable - take the opportunity to utilise other areas of our portfolio with an understanding that the service level, and customer journey will remain at the high standards we have set historically.

 

This rebranding does not affect any procurement, or legal arrangements we have with any of our partners and customers, and besides a visual enhancement in what you see from us – nothing will change.
